    Chances of getting into Medicine?

It's the one that looks like this, which looks pretty old. The sections 1 and 3 of this particular exam seem to have strange format/reasoning questions, I've noticed. And yeah btw I did buy all the ACER practice papers + Matrix just to be sure.

    Chances of getting into Medicine?

Yeah I do think that particular ACER test didn't fully represent what questions might be encountered... Anyway I happened to have one of those Medentry papers on hand - finished the paper just now. Was a fair bit more difficult. [S1: 38/44] + [S2: 29/36] + [S3: 27/30] = 94/110? :S

    Chances of getting into Medicine?

Yeah it was the ACER practice exams, not Medentry cause I haven't bought anything from them. Btw are you referring to a particular Medentry test paper or you mean to say that Medentry papers are generally harder? By 124/134 I mean out of 134 questions I answered 124 of them correctly, just...

    Chances of getting into Medicine?

Hey guys, So the UMAT and my trials are coming up, and both begin in the same week. I'm aiming for UNSW and UWS medicine atm, and if that doesn't work out then going a bit further, e.g. UNCLE would be fine too. Currently go to a top 30 ranked high school and getting ATAR estimates around...

    Your estimates are welcome!

Nice subjects man hahaha. Well as you stand, given a school rank 160-200 you'd probably get 80-84. It's really important that you try to improve in English if you want to hit the 90s.

    problem with studying for maths

Practice is the best way to not only consolidate your knowledge of the topics but expand it as well. In your case I would probably do the basic questions from each topic and build up the difficulty asap, moving to solely past papers in the end. If you're forgetting previously learned knowledge...

    atar estimate?

Never give up on english - it may be difficult but you can definitely improve by heaps seeing as you're only in year 11 at a top 10 school. I was in a similar position to you back in year 11 and i managed to pull (with hard work ofc) from rank 70s at a top 30 school to rank 4 come year 12. It's...

    H/Y ATAR Estimate

I'm currently averaging 96 raw for Japanese Beginners; for Biology, raw marks wise is about 91-93 Chemistry was an oddball - got 94 in first assessment worth 25%; but half yearly, worth 20%, didn't go too well - literally 10/13 marks lost was on silly mistakes Cheers for the honest feedback :p...

    H/Y ATAR Estimate

Didn't do well enough in the half yearlies. Nevertheless, I'm still interested as to how I'm progressing. These are overall rank estimates, btw School rank: 28 English Advanced: 6/155 Mathematics: 4/121 Mathematics Ext 1: 10/88 Biology: 4/56 Chemistry: 9/70 Japanese Beginners; 1/5...

    ATAR Estimate Please

91-93, but if you improve English + Maths ranks that will improve your overall ATAR by heaps.
