I think only the second half of the lectures (when vector calculus starts) are recorded, although things might have changed (I did MATH2061 last year). :(

When you're not attending lectures, you could go to the Carslaw Learning Hub to charge your laptop (and study!).

Thanks for pointing that out! :D Unless the lecturer has changed the arrangements for the assessments for his unit of study, I think at least one of the units of study doesn't have any quizzes or in-class assessments. But I'll confirm that with the lecturers just in case when semester begins. :D

Never mind, and thanks :eek: Yeah I guess the best thing to do is to study with my friends as there aren't many other units of study that fit my timetable or look interesting enough :blink2:

Yeah it definitely sucks, especially because this is my last chance to do either subject before I graduate :( Last semester I had a clash too but it was between one lecture and one tutorial so I could skip the tutorial. But this time I'll be missing two out of three lectures per week if I insist...

You should be able to do first and second year psychology units in your second and third years, as long as your choice of subjects meets your course's requirements, which you can find in the course handbooks. For example, the total number of credit points you gain from first year subjects cannot...

If you think you are not good at abstract maths, then you should probably avoid MATH2962 in Semester 1 and MATH2968 in Semester 2, because they are full of definitions and proofs, which, in some cases, could be quite abstract. Without these two units, you wouldn't have the background knowledge...
