    Low Stress Levels....

I'm a bit nervous but that's it. Haven't been that stressed the whole holidays except a week before when I had a freak about english. English P1/P2. Last chance to prepare, what's everyone doing?

Personally, I don't think you should. I've learnt all ideas relating to modules and I feel good cause basically I can answer any question. Also adds pressure if you've only got the ideas you've prepared. Try to cover as much as possible

Essay Structure: Remember your SEXY paragraphs!

Re: How to write a BAND 6 essay? Honestly answering the question, to me, is 90% of the marks. Obviously this involves pertinent analysis etc with techniques, but if you regurgitate an essay that you don't link to the question, then you can only achieve a band 5 no matter how good that essay is...

who reads before they go to bed?

I've been reading before bed for years and it's great relaxation. I read for 30 minutes - takes my mind off things and helps me sleep better. Really encourage it for anyone who gets very stressed!

Is 850 words each english advance essay enough for me to get full marks?

Can I just say ever heard of quality over quantity? Trust me I've seen this in practice. I study a lot and my friend doesn't. She's naturally good at english though. She would never write as much as I would but she'd get 19/20 for writing not that much i.e about 800 words at the max! It's all...

Who drinks loads of energy drinks/coffee to study?

Never drink energy drinks or coffee. Tea gets me through - exercise works for me - a 30 minute walk per day is great for maintaining concentration. I'd only have a coffee on the morning before an exam to get me going
