i have 5 days 16 hours and 49 minutes til my first one :/ 2nd one is the day after. it will be the death of me, i struggle to write a single essay in 50 minutes but combining 3 into 120 minutes is impossible :/ after that exams seem so much simpler

i'm probably doing love and hope for mine (gatsby and browning). i like the idea of doing the comparison in the end of the 2nd text but it seems like you wouldn't be able to make as big a section out of it? since you'd be like 'as seen in both text 1 and text 2, the distinctive contexts bla bla...

haha yea thats my problem :/ i can write an essay but 40 minutes is definitely not enough time for me to even deal with two ideas in the depth that i'd like. i wish they'd make section II 3 hours

the structure i'm going on is intro text 1 idea 1 text 2 idea 1 linking paragraph about difference in contexts resulting in different views rinse repeat idea 2 conclusion although i'm finding that i might need to break the paragraphs up into text 1 idea 1 part a text 1 idea 1 part b text 2...

i don't see why 2 units of your HSC have to be used on something you're absolutely shit at. i suck at english purely because i can't write an essay. i have no intentions of doing a uni course which focuses on english and i doubt that i'll use any of what i've learned in 11 and 12 english later...

unless your writing is huge you shouldn't need to get to 2 pages. have your introduction, the a paragraph or two per text with the technique used, an example and how that conveys the message in the question. at the end just sum it up and that should be good.

english paper 1 monday, english paper 2 tuesday, maths and bio wednesday... 3 worst days of my life. glad i've got another week to study :/

have at least 2 for AoS and Module C. You'll usually only be asked for 1 but potentially you could be asked for 2. Preferably have 2 which you know extremely well just in case the question suits one of them better.

in bio/physics/pd i move from the back to the front. seeing what the longer questions are asking in maths i look at each question and see if there's anything i don't know english i read the texts in AoS and in the modules i read the questions and think about how i'll respond
