This sheeyat is really pissing me off! Plz HELP

I think I speak on behalf of the majority of people that have some knowledge on any topic that may come up in this forum: We are not robots that regurgitate information for you to use in your assessments. We are more than willing to help if you have genuinley put in some effort and shown this...

This sheeyat is really pissing me off! Plz HELP

I think there is animal imagery in almost all the conflicting perspective of events, personality or situation in Julius Caesar. Hint: There is a reason for this.

This sheeyat is really pissing me off! Plz HELP

I don't think that you fully understand the essay question. It asks explicitly for you to discuss the conflicting personalities, events or situations in text, not the themes. One example would be the conflicitng perspectives of Caesar, which is represented through the funeral orations provided...

    evaluating accuracy and reliability

I agree with almost everything above, except for the accuracy. The way that accuracy is improved is by increasing the sensitivity to changes in measurement in equipment. Eg. Using an electronic balance that can measure to 5dp is more accurate than one that has no decimal places. For the...

    Heat Capacity question.

Aluminium definitely doesn't have the same heat capacity as water (Al: 0.9J/gK, H20: 4.18J/gK). What your teacher might have meant is that the change in temperature of the aluminium can is the be assumed to be the same as the change in temperature of the water. This is clearly flawed, but...

Question on metals - year 11

My answer would have to be C. The reactivity is going to affect the energy input because depending on how strongly the required metal is bonded to any other atom in the ore, is going to determine how much energy is needed to break those bonds to extract the metal. Density and magnetism are...

    Q. regarding Carbon-Halogen Compounds.

If the sum of the numbers assigned to the substiuents of the parent chain is the same, you would have to list the substituent that comes first alphabetically and then assign it the lowest number. The other substiuents will then the listed in alphabetical order, as usual and their number(s) will...

    Re: combustion of alcahols

Validity is a measure of how close your observations/quantitative results are to empirical data. Your experiment would only be invalid, if you are unable to come up with an explaination as to why your data does not match said empirical data. In effect, it is related to the accuracy and...

What formulae do I need to be familar with using for the HSC?

All the calculations that you are expected to be able to do are in the right hand column of the syllabus, with the pracs. To be honest, there aren't that many. Almost of them involve moles or can/will lead to them. Off the top of my head, you have moles-mass conversions, moles-quantity of heat...

    Titration Q.

I wouldn't be washing the burette or the pipette with distilled water and then the solutions you're using because that will cause the concentration of those solutions to decrease, which may then lead to small errors. These small errors however can become quite significant if you are dealing with...

Commonwealth Start Up & Relocation Scholarships

These scholarships were proposed during 2009's budget and were to be introduced at this beginning of this year. As I understand it, the coalition has blocked support for these scholarships when they were to vote on them during the last few weeks of parliament last year. Is anyone willing to join...

    Centrelink - Rent Assistance

Those scholarships are yet to be approved by parliament. They were suppose to be voted on late last year, but it didn't happen. Whether it'll get passed in the upcoming weeks (maybe months) and get implemented immediately, mid year or at the start of next year is yet to be seen.

I then phoned the office up just to confirm that they've received it and they said everythings been paid for and anticipate my arrival there on the 13th of Feb. I just had a look at...

Will there be uni staff before/on the 18th Feb who we'll be able to talk to regarding which subject to choose? Edit: I know there's that Pre-enrolment day on the 10th. What I meant was during O-Week.

    Any 2010 hopefuls?

First, second, third and fourth pref, so I'm pretty much set on going there. I am a bit nervous about moving out from Sydney, away from parents, but I think it's going to be a good learning experience. It's also not too hard to get back home if I desperately need to (3hr bus ride to Central)...
