[2] doing well academically and doing sport aren't mutually exclusive, for example, my friends got 99.95 and all did sport all through y12 as well as additional extra curricular activities
I did less because in y11as I didn't have access to past trial papers/hsc papers thus I was fairly limited in terms of questions. If you find the papers, anything more than 6 per subject for y11 is great, 4 is about normal.
Hi,
I'm selling my notes that I used to get 99 in the HSC Chemistry exam and 94 in the HSC Biology exam this year as well as an HD in the ASI Biology Olympiad
They're on Quizlet as I learn best with flashcards so I'd send them as a pdf. If you're used to a different format, you can simply copy...
It may vary from school to school but for mine, we had only ONE assessable experiment. For the prac report, you'll have tons of practice that they'll be a breeze by the end.
For both Bio & Chem, I did around 10 before trials and another 10 before the HSC.
You don't really need your teachers to mark it, except for the long 7-9 mark questions which are marked holistically. Add to your notes what you get wrong and modify your notes to mimic the wording of the marking...
Nah fam, if you're motivated, you'll pull through.
It's all practice and knowing the most efficient methods to learn content. If you learn from your mistakes every time and are methodical about it, there's no reason for you not to get a band 6
