    pretty much the exact same. I stick to rippetoe, some of the russian stuff and listen to a couple of powerlifting vets on bb.com. Bodybuilding voodoo pisses me off something shocking.

    I don't like owning a heap of things, the amount of useless shit in most gyms is incredible. Just a rack/bench set up, a GHR and hyper for assistance work and dumbbells, chains and bands for lift variation. You ever used a westside template quik?

    No they're not. They're good for tricep extensions and that's about it. They omit the forearms in the curl which interestingly puts less stress on the bicep.

    There's a lot of drinking events and organised parties in my course. I find whatever excuse I can to get out of them. I just go to uni, get back home and sleep, get on msn and chat to my friends until about 3am. That and work.
