Don't do medicine if you don't enjoy it. The hours you will be working as a registrar is 80-100 hours. It is unbearable if you don't want to do it.

If you already had the mind set of dropping/hating it, you've already opened yourself for failure in that subject as you will not be dedicating enough effort to it. So yes, you made the right choice

It honestly isn't as big of a lump as you think it is! I reckon the hardest part is getting started and planning it all out. Do like the tutoring hwk first and then systematically revise each topic bit by bit, preferably at the same pace as school.

Well honestly the hardest part for people is to manage their time and work efficiently + getting started into a rythmn and finally keeping it going for the whole year But yes, life is much harder beyond the HSC

You shouldn't work ahead when approaching an exam. If you never work ahead, how are you ever going to have sufficient time to prepare for exams in the first place? You often finish the content a few days before the exam anyways, giving no time for past papers and practice etc. logic/10
