Contact the Unit Coordinator ASAP and try and get special consideration. Good luck ~ Like Emily said, we are suppose to plan ahead with public transport. I've seen people come into the rooms 5-30mins after the exam begins but they just lose out on the time rather than get special consideration...

You can always drop it for the normal/standard unit. Good luck w/ it. :P

Just to be safe then yes you should. Check the required attendance rate in the unit outline. BTW ~ well done that you're on track to getting a HD. :)

53% - 54%?!?! Are we talking about Anatomy as in the molecular/functioning level (more or less like Physiology instead)? :S Or is it something like BIOL1003/1903 (concepts stuff)? :P

Anatomy is somewhat the major which requires 'memorising' but most of us managed distinction and above averages so far.

Physiology and Anatomy & Histology go well together in my opinion... :S Both are interesting.

You better email your tutor/unit coordinator and tell him or her of the mishap and attach your essay as well just to be safe. I presume they would check all the submissions before sending them off to the assessment markers.

Your exams fall on the second week so you'd have two weeks in advance to prepare. But they fall a day after one another which is the down part. Good Luck! :D PS. Have you done the UoS 'What is this thing called science?' - I want to know if it is worth taking because Bioethics is horrible. :(...
