Stick with 4 Unit maths. It does amazing things for your UAI, but I'm not the best source of info since I didn't do Ext English. But yeah, if you're not finding it too difficult, stick with 4U and drop Ext Eng.

Depends on the guy, shorter hair looks good on some guys but not others and vice versa. From experience, I don't like it super-short on guys, but a bit of length is nice to run your fingers through =]
