    Anki

I agree with @vishnay. These subjects require a high ability to solve different problems rather than just be familiar with the assessed content. You need to practice as many questions as possible and try to use these flashcards for more content-based subjects (that is, if you do any).

Will my overall school rank be "average" or above average with these results? Fluked my 3rd assessment super hard

I think it may be possible to place average overall since you did really well in task 2. The only concern I have is how much each of these tasks weighs. Hopefully Task 2 is worth more than task 3? (also you might want to change your HSC year, it says 2008).

Benefits of Music 1 (for Uni)?

I think that, if you can, you should aim to do Music 2. If you want a music degree, or if you want to study something involving or relating to music at uni, Music 2 would be the better option because you will end up having more knowledge, which could be useful for your first uni semester. You guys think uni's are gonna be easier to get in for 2020?

I'm in uni and if some unis are offering spots based on year 11 results, then that could be an indicator as to the difficulty of getting accepted into your desired course. Some unis may have made it slightly easier for you to get accepted, but that doesn't guarantee that the rest of the unis are...

Should I do both Extension English & Extension Maths in HSC?

I think that if you're doing well in your extension subjects you should definitely keep them. How are you doing in SOR II? That's probably the only irrelevant subject you're currently taking (if you're thinking about going into medicine).

    Past papers

do as many as you can to be exposed to all types of questions that may potentially be in your exam.

HSC Subjects (what should I drop)

Drop Bio. You're already doing Physics and Chem and are getting great marks in those. Business Studies provides you with general knowledge of the world of business so it wouldn't hurt to have an understanding of a domain other than that of science.

Should I drop Legal Studies or Design Technology?

If you're better at Design and Technology than you are at Legal, you should probably drop Legal. Being bad at writing essays is also another factor you need to carefully consider. These decisions are crucial in such times. Good luck!
