I am not an expert but have always been told, if it says at least one, the marking guidelines will not differentiate between someone who does one and someone who does two, therefore no disadvantage. You should be sweet with the one if its an excellent essay, just have the other ready obviously...

The point is the 'amazing concentration' it provides will make normal concentration seem bland after the first usage, the user inclined to use it again. This IS called addiction. Say they enter an Engineering field, and it allows them to calculate things faster / work longer hours. Addiction.

Well thats just not true. Look at a BMI calculator, and you will see 1) you have to factor in more than age, 2) you have to think about height more than anything, and how muscly the person is. Don't say something so outlandish without something to back it, I mean 80kg... thats not healthy...
