    Then it is social environment vs education. Choose between them. If your not motivated to self study then your current school isnt much help in terms of education. But is the social environment at your old school bad?

    Nope. OP: If you can teach yourself, stay where you are. If you need someone to push you, go back to the other one. Either one will be fine though, compared to mine at least.
