    Sefton high school 99.95?

You will need state ranks as well. There was someone in Sefton who got top 10 in the state for chemistry and physics doing law right now but I think English was around low 90s, high 80s So basically what they mentioned above.

    What to drop?

Unless you're a non-procrastinator doing art + EE2 is a LOT of work (stressful). But if you like/do well in them then consider dropping, I think, modern or biology. Or you could just keep everything and see how you go.

    Subject Selection for Year 11

It looks good! You can't really predict what's going to happen so it'll be good to plan just a tiny bit and confront what's going to happen, i.e. you might unexpectedly do well in a subject that you would have thought was your worse.

What is the most effective cursive style?

It does make your pen feel lighter but in terms of results, it wasn't that helpful (for me anyway)

Ranks and Marks for Yr 12 Next Year

Also depends on your cohort! But yeah, your subjects require you to achieve very high marks in each one to to able to go against the people doing very high scaling subjects.

My Chances of Getting Into Selective Schools ( Hi I'm new :D)

Ya, it depends in which schools you apply for + the other applicants too. They may have more outstanding results, so you never know. But cool report btw.

    UMAT for medical science?

Nope! "The test is used specifically to assist with the selection of students into the medicine, dentistry and health science degree programs." Your friend must've been confused/misinformed. Medical science is not within the health science category in this case.

    Picking up ext eng

Your HSC is in 2013 right? I think I know what you mean. While in Yr11 you dropped it and now it's the 3rd term and you want to pick it up again. I think after the first 3 weeks or so, you're able to swap and pick subjects up. It's late now and as falsenthusiam said, it's a BOS requirement that...
