Well, to a certain extent it will influence the law. I think its a good thing that they're dedicating themselves to finding these people and letting them know that its not okay to do this. I think personal opinion will vary greatly on this issue though.

I think some schools do it via rank. Like just say you were coming 15th in a subject and then had to get an estimate. They look at what the 15th rank for the task you're getting an estimate in got then they give you an equal mark. ~Someone correct me if i'm wrong please.

I found that compared to some of the other speeches (Sadat!!!) it wasn't that boring. But i guess to each their own.
