    I did a minor in biz law when I did BCom - its essentially a "watered down" version of LLB subjects. They're very specific in that they'll focus on "business" law areas such as tax, corporations law, trade practices etc etc. You won't be doing hundreds of hours of reading cases as LLB students...

    6 core is exactly the same for all students, 2 electives are not the easiest electives are probably that INFS (info sys subject) or LEGT1711 or whatever it is now - those two, with solid work during the semester are easily DN/HD'able

    If they failed all people who were "email trailed" then that would be close to the entire candidature for that module, I guarantee that. As I work for a Big4, I always get forwarded this stuff, and yes the controversy was in the current module I'm doing now, but hey, they CA should blame...
