The 100/100 is an aligned HSC mark. I'm pretty sure they base state-rankings around raw HSC marks. :) There are a number of threads about the difference between these, and it's pretty easy to look up!

LOL SDD doesn't suck.. that much. Nah, it's seriously a nice way of getting a band 6. Provided, of course, that you have a pretty good teacher. Our teacher was awesome for SDD; as a result, most of our class of like.. 9 kids, achieved band 6 (only like two band 5's). :D

I took scaling/moderation/alignment etc into consideration when I made my choices. Particularly moderation; whatever subjects I wasn't coming first in during Yr 11 in, I dropped for Yr 12. :)
