    oxides of nitrogen?

It depends on what your assessment is asking for. If you are writing about the oxides of nitrogen in general, then include all three. If you are writing about atmospheric pollutants or contributors of acid rain, then you can include either both NO and NO2 or just the latter. N2O does not...

    How manipulative of him.

UAC main-round offers; what'd you get?

Good luck to all! 40 minutes to go. (By the way, Wolfowitz, 61.30 was 7th Sign's UAI estimate from SAM. I think you should have read the rest of the page before taking my post out of context.)

Calls from your ex bf's gf??

No, but when I started going out with my boyfriend, his ex told him she wanted to set "her boys" on me.

    So torn...

Hello ... F.W. If you know what will happen once you hook up with him, then don't do it. Unless you just want a casual physical thing with him, but I don't think that's what you want.

Very general question about pharmacy (and related)

B Pharm is available at Charles Sturt, Wagga Wagga; and B Comm/B Pharm is available at Monash. Once you finish the degree and work for 200 hours (approximately one year), you sit an exam to get your pharmacist licence. This means you're registered as a pharmacist, not a medical doctor.

    The Producers

I liked it, but I had "Springtime for Hitler and Germany" stuck in my head for the rest of the day.

    STAT Test

Yes, I have. In my opinion, it helped only in the sense that it showed me what sort of questions I will be asked, and what format they are in. I suppose I might have reacted differently had I expected something totally different from the actual contents. I got a percentile ranking of 97.30. I...

    criticise my syllabus summary!

Yes, it does say "identify the need", but since everyone has such high expectations of short-answer questions, markers will be forced to be picky. If it was something really difficult to remember, then I'd say forget it, but since it's just a couple of words on the side, it's probably best to...

getting a shit uai 2 moro like 62 or something :(

Even though SAM is to be used only as a guide, it has been fairly accurate for people from my school. It estimated my UAI to be 97.90 and I ended up with 98.20. A few of my friends had accurate estimates too, and I've heard from past HSC students from my school that their UAIs were only a...

    stat test

According to the 2006 UAC Guide, the test could have been taken as early as September 2005, and as late as January of 2006. I assume it will be the same or similar this year. The workshop at the WEA is in September, so some people decide to take the test while the contents of the workshop is...

    STAT Test

Have a look at the STAT information website: http://www.uac.edu.au/admin/stattext.html. This is the information about STAT preparation workshops at the WEA: http://www.uac.edu.au/pdf/wea.pdf. And from here you may order sample questions from STAT papers...

    oxides of nitrogen?

Technically, NO2 is the only contributor to acid rain. NO could be said to be another contributor, but it contributes only by converting into NO2 via the following reaction: 2NO + O2 → 2NO2 Ultimately, it is the NO2 which reacts with water to form nitrous and nitric acids, which in turn make...

    Pregnancy Scares

I didn't pay attention because my English wasn't good enough to understand all the sex jargon. All I remember from sex-ed was a few slideshows of cartoon men lying down with cartoon women.

    criticise my syllabus summary!

The Ziegler-Natta process is not necessary. For this dot-point, the main information you need to know is the three steps in the production of LDPE - initiation, propagation and termination. Ben, remember to always give examples, and it is important to know the properties and uses (and...
