    Oh for EE2, I just got the 88% from the mark my teacher gave me for my major work and reflection statement before it was sent in to BOS. She gave me 22/25 - it was the final assessment that had a weighting of 25%. I apologise for any confusion.

    wth, there is a difference between signing and ratification. Ratification means you enforce the international treaty by passing domestic law giving effect to the treaty, thereby making them punishable in Australia :p
