Does anyone know if a Qld Magistrate's Court is empowered to order one party to proceedings to exchange with the opposing party, their witness statements? In other words, if one party requests from their opposing party a copy of the former's witness statements, can that party refuse?

When people refer to 'best uni' for law, or 'best law program' what exactly do you mean? For instance, bell531, you say that "UNSW has arguably a better law course" than USyd. How do you come to that finding? What do you base that conclusion on? What are the criteria?

Hi, I'm not sure what the UAI cut-off was in 2006 for Social Science at UWS. From memory, it was something like 65. If you check the UWS website, you will be able to see the UAI cut-off.

I imagine it would depend on the course. I combined Social Science with Law and, with the exception of two compulsory subjects, I was free to choose whatever I wanted.
