Would you recommend a science degree?

I was afraid they were. I'll change the thread questions right now. I am also going to find a potential major and then ask for further advice.

are graphing calculators allowed in HSC?

Depends what type of person you are. If you think things never go your way, then bring 3. I personally only brought 1 to all my exams.

If you ask for help, PLEASE read it. We spend our time typing these out, or in strawberrye's case, she spent her time looking for the link. This is the link she gave. http://www.boardofstudies.nsw.edu.au/hsc_exams/calculators.html#features It can take you to...

Which Engineering Course Are Pursuing Next Year?

This is a quote from UAC, page on the BE(...)/ME(biomed) degree at UNSW. Do you think it's a poor decision to do BE(bioinformatics)/ME(biomedical) to find work as a tissue engineer in Australia? I want to work in the research field (right now, I don't mind what aspect). Should I do a science...

Which Engineering Course Are Pursuing Next Year?

I just want to ask: 1. Which university did you go to? 2. What did you major in? 3. Are you seeking a job oversea? Thanks, hopefully that would help me with my decision.

    Study help/tips

Can I just ask how are you studying? Let's start off with 4u for now since you have a test on it tomorrow. How are you studying for it? Btw, is tomorrow an assessment task for you? The way you study may be the reason why you are easily distracted.

How to review over the holidays?

No worries. Just giving back to the community. :)

How to review over the holidays?

Good idea! It's more effective to revise rather than to read ahead. I personally think that it's best to perfect what you already have gone through in class already than to start something with limited help. At this point in time, you should already understand all dot points. That's what the...

    Engineering Contact Hours

Hey all. I've always heard that the contact hours for engineering is one of the longest. Will someone supply a quantitative answer to the number of contact hours for engineering? I know that it depends on which subjects you do. Let's just say the MEDIAN number of contact hours for first year...
