    blocking out love?

Accept that he's just not that into you and move on. Is what I would try to do.

    Wisdom Teeth

I suppose you just load up on things you don't have to chew. So maybe meat is not a good idea initially. Maybe soup would do better. Veges and meaty goodness in an easily consumed form.

    Wisdom Teeth

I lose weight very quickly when I don't eat properly, so yes. But I think I could probably put it back on in the same amount of time it took me to lose it, with the three "M's"- Maccas, milkshakes and meat. Edit- I have no idea how long healing takes eh.

    Wisdom Teeth

I still had baby teeth when I was 14. So yeah my teeth are a bit slow. I'd hope that if I had wisdom teeth, I'd be knocked out cold during their removal and made milkshakes with cream afterwards so I didn't lose weight.

    Wisdom Teeth

Apparently some people just don't get them. My friend had braces so she got xrayed when her wisdom teeth were due to come through (to get them before they stuffed up her orthodontic work), and there were none there. Lucky her. My parents both had wisdom teeth so I don't see why I...

what colour nail polish are you wearing?

Just some Sally Hansen clear stuff, to stop them chipping. My nails get mad weak when I wear nail polish, I just need to cover them til they grow out a bit and I can cut them below where they're chipping. Bright pink on my toenails. They need a touch up.

Class participation - what's the point?

I haven't had a class participation mark for any of my ed subjects, but I suppose they're being taught by people who are proper teachers and know how to start discussion. They know they can't teach good practice if they don't do it themselves.

Issues of the LGBT community in Australia...

Norrie first registered sexless person This is interesting. You're now allowed to have "sex not specified" on birth certificates, so there's a trend towards parents not choosing a gender for their child at birth (when it's a grey area). I think it's a good idea, since you can never tell...

    Semester 1 Chatter Thread (2010)

You get used to the ed building. It manages to fit the most possible rooms in it, and it has COLD WATER which is awesome.

    Whats 'hot' for you?

I'm a sort of stomach-bum-thighs type person as far as girls go.

What is each uni's strongest course?

Ah ok. Hopefully it's different for primary ed. I think it's easier to get casual work at least.

People who ask questions in lectures are Morons

It's annoying when people ask questions that the lecturer has just addressed, or that could be answered by reading the UoS outline or something as easy as that. Esp now. You're in FOURTH YEAR, get a clue already.

What is each uni's strongest course?

    Primary or secondary?

    Semester 1 Chatter Thread (2010)

For education honours you need a D average and you basically write a thesis or something enormous like that. Not many people in my cohort are doing it, it's an awful lot of work. I'm not sure if it helps you get targeted or what, but many people with D averages (myself included) chose not...

    the pill

Yeah. It might take a few days for your body to catch up, but just carry on. Take note of how you feel, as far as mood swings and what not go. See if your pill fits you.

    Too tired of travel

Yeah it's quite scary that this time next year I'll (hopefully) be qualified and teaching. Eep. Although it'll be nice to be paid for all the work for a change.
