Nope, the universities doesn't tell you that how many points you got, you only get an offer and thats about it.

Generally, circumstances like these would put yourself into a very high stake in terms of receiving points. You will very likely receive the maximum amount of points depending on the university. It really depends on what uni you're talking about.

The ATAR website opened for me at around 8:35am last year, and I've accessed this through my iPhone. It was fine, no lag. They generally have two servers (two different logins) just in case one is running really high.

You do have a chance of making it into your course but the cut-off may change, so be aware of that.

Yes you can until the closing date for main round preferences on the 4th of January, which the day after Info day that the unis run at. Be aware that UAC online doesn't operate from midnight till 7:30am due to scheduled "maintenance".
