So we can put transactions through faster when we are putting people through self serve,reprint receipts,void transactions,price checks,look for fruit and veg that aren't in the SCO Lookout,Dump items that won't scan,product search items and probably more...The POS is really needed!

I get quite a few. I lose count of the amount of times I see someone scan something,look at the screen,then turn and walk back into the store.

But the amount of void transactions I have to do because the customer was "Checking the price".

With Region 1 getting the update tomorrow,is there anything special to be done on the SCO Machines tonight?

Our store REALLY needs new Self Serve machines. They are getting beyond a joke. At least one Tech call out a week. Even the Technician today said that we need new machines.

Completely agree with everything,especially Number 2. We have 1 machine that has been eft only for weeks,signs all over it,and like your store,they are taking the sign off and putting cash in. Seriously people,is it that hard to read???
