Well I have an obsession with English and like History and have wanted to do Modern History since the beg. of the year but now I am starting to change my mind. I also like business and geography so yeah.

Hi, does anyone know what is the better subject. Give me us much info as you can. What would advantage me along with my other subjects (Adv English, legal, ancient, business and gen. mathematics) I want a career in law. So economics or modern?

I would recommend you to just stick with Advanced if you're going to still get above average. Standard isn't good for your ATAR.
