It depends. From what I know, you could most probably get it right. You probably rounded off an angle or something (before the final answer) and that's why you got 4.94. But if your workings all right, it should be fine or atleast only one mark deducted.

Put it this way. If you really got those marks, you're well into the 100th overall percentile in medentry and in the real UMAT.

Yep. I was wondering. In those 5/6 responses there wasn't too much of a focus on the case studies themselves. These exemplar students really focus on the case study and provide a more detailed analysis (that is, not like 1 or 2 sentences like the others....). I think that's what I need to do...

Any other advice of where I might find something more to practice on? I've done the practice questions/booklet, and did Ok. But I can;t seem to think its enough... Any websites? Books? References with similar style questions?

That's what I needed to hear. So the focus isn't in fact the case study itself. It's simply a means of proving or providing supporting evidence for your analysis. Am i right? Thanks.

A lot of text books I've been looking at include "induction switches" as devices that use electromagnetic induction. But I can't find a direct reference to this device in any of the dot points... Anyone know if its operation should be known for the syllabus? If so, which dot point does it fall...

Nup. As I said, we simply observed if there was any movement of the wire, and the direction of the movement. We also checked if the movement was in compliance with the RHPR. So it should be fine. Thanks.

The guy said in around 3 weeks and I sat it on wednesday. You should have gotten your raw marks. The results your waiting for should just be your percentile rank and scores.
