Really? Your standards are really high. Anything over 80 is a very good mark.
I'd rather a lawyer who was good at practicing law. A UWS student who worked hard enough to get a good law job will probably be just as good or even better than some USYD student who get the position cause he went to...
Major work subjects are a godsend. I find because so much of the course consists of the major work, you learn less theory which makes cramming even easier :D
I only studied for Hist. Extension for the hour and half i had between it and chem and still went pretty good.
Yea i guess that's believable, not sure why they would do it to non-government schools and non public ones too :s
Doesn't affect me though, as my question is about science =D
I had extension 1 maths yesterday....
we weren't given a table of standard integrals and there were all these questions i knew i could do but couldn't and i just feel apart haha. ended up sitting their for an hour only having done 50% of the questions....
Must say i did see something like that...
SOR 2 actually has fantastic scaling.
The only thing that i would suggest is improving yours cafs ranking. You want to be getting a high band 6 to minimize the affect of scaling.
Sorry, i can't really help you then. I'm not really sure what you mean by cases. Did you study historians as well or just these cases? I can't see where it mentions them on the syllabus and my teacher is exceptional and she hasn't mentioned them so i have no clue...
Why would anyone want to? Working on the set of a movie focusing on the choice between bestiality and necrophilia doesn't sound all that appealing to me...
Has your class started its case study? If so ask your teacher. Is your exam on section one or two of the HSC exam?
And yes, technically you can refer to other historians not taught in class, but it would be best to ask your teacher first to make sure they're fine with it.
My friends always tell me i look like a cute 12 year old kid, yet half the time when i go out for dinner with my family the waiter pours me a glass of wine....
Keep it for year 11, 14 units isn't really all that much work. If you like history you'll love history extension, it is an extremely enjoyable subject.
Hey, could anyone help me out with the below question? I don't remember my chem teacher going over this in class and have no idea what do do at all -_-
The burning of sulfur can be described by the following equation:
S(s) + O2(S) --> SO2(g)
What volume of sulfur dioxide gas will be released...
I'm not really sure what uni course i want to do, currently im thinking of doing either:
B law/ B environmental forensics @ uts (atar around 98)
B Science (Biology + Geology) at usyd (atar of 95, want to do tsp but i wont get 99)
Can't believe how many people want to do med though, even though...
Your thinking of glucose. Correct me if im wrong, but i thought that the liver regulated glucose levels in the blood by converting excess glucose to glycogen and vice versa, meaning glycogen has nothing to do with lipids
When digested, lipids are changed to triglycerides on the lining of the small intestine. they are then transported as chylomicrons, that is groups of triglycerides, phospholipids and cholestrol covered in a layer of protein.
They are not directly placed in the bloodstream, they instead enter...
I lol whenever i see a year 11 kid do over a hour of study a day. Not only is it pointless, youll end up burning out in the HSC when things actually count and your losing valuable socializing time!!
Do the bare minimum, heck im in year 12 and don't even study that much and im still going pretty...
