And there are a few sorts of 3rd person as well which depend on Point Of View (POV) - not sure of their technical names, though but just looked them up on Yahoo answers!
3rd person specific when all the action you see is ONLY from the POV of one person eg Harry Potter, where we only see what...
Yes, your problem is saving as a jpg. That condenses the file to save space on your harddrive and, in doing so, reduces the quality of the picture.
The best picture format to save as that does reduce picture resolution is the bitmap (bmp). It will save bigger but will print nicely.
Also...
An interesting topic, especially since what is remembered before the camera is only recorded in writing and paintings. Paintings are certainly the interpretation of the artist and are subject to the skill of the painter. The camera just records what's there, good and bad.
It would certainly be...
Yes, because the jump from HSC science Chem & Physics to Uni Chem/Physics is crazy now. It was tough back before the syllabus was changed but I have no idea how people cope now.
Hi 2010 class.
Don't forget the NSW Writer's Centre:
NSW Writers Centre
It's a fantasstic resource in terms of courses, newsletters and so on.
Check it out and join if you want. But certainly watch out for their Ext2 Courses that come up, usually at the beginning of the year.
Good luck...
I don't have any notes for you but maybe some thoughts to get you started... if that's OK.
Low Catholic, Anglican & Presbyterian attendance now and a relatively large switch out.
Large Uniting Attendance and quite a high switch. But more in than out.
Huge Pentecostal attendance and yet a...
It's spelt as you say it.
Also -
"ei" & "ie" you say the second letter in the pair. ie "frei" sounds like "fry", "Wien" sounds like "veen".
the "sh" sound is always spelt "sch".
Nouns are always capitalised.
Good luck.
And yes, HSC topics only BUT any lanuague learning builds on itself so...
A trick you can do is use the right hand side of your page to factorise or expand the expression you are trying to get to. Then when it starts to look like what you have in your working, you can just copy the steps backwards into your answer (the right hand side of tha page stays as working, not...
The trick to really being able to analyse something and identify techniques is eat, sleep and live those techniques, what they are and how to identify them.
You need to be so intimately familiar with them that they will scream at you when you read anything. You will eventually read the...
Here are some verses that may help you get a better handle on it. I use the online Bible with keyword search: Bible.com - The Bible Online, Bible Prayer Room, Christian Community, Market Place and more..
Found using "Belong, Christ"
Romans 1:6 (Whole Chapter)
And you are included among those...
Well, personally I think the Communication topic has more potential to be enjoyable for you and not drag you into some very dark and depressing places. Perhaps during your HSC year you don't really want to be visiting those stressful ares of the human psyche.
Also, the Communication topic...
Not that I have the diagram in front of me, but also you need to remember that the making of such diagrams also includes a lot of internal politics. School timetabling is usually done by the AP or VP and teaching staff below him. Admin staff are just adjuncts to the school and are seen as such...
I have one word for you! RELAX!
Ext 2 maths is about using the mechanical skills and lots of mathematical flair to just try stuff and get to the answer.
Doing past papers may help, but then again it may not.
Make sure you know the methods, you know the formulae and how to use them and go in...
OR, be creative during the exam and use the stimulus to actually stimulate something new. That's the idea of it. Not to just go in with a prepared piece.
But always remember to put in the unexpected twist.
If you have the time and patience, the way my father helped me develop my vocabulary was to do crosswords - quick or cryptic, either will do it. Doing crosswords regularly you are looking up a thesaurus all the time and putting into practice straight away the words you look up.
It really does work!
People the point of creative writing is not to see how well you can memorise a prepared piece, it's to see how well you can be creative with an unknown stimulus and write something NEW!
Think of it this way. If we could travel into the past or, if at some point in the future, we could travel into the past, then we would be encountering time travel tourists, wouldn't we?
Firstly, the previous Physics course was impossible to do without 3 Units of Maths.
The new physics syllabus has been simplified TOO much and now 2 Unit maths is sufficient but if you can't do maths at all, then don't do physics. I know of 2UGen Maths students who were doing physics BUT...
Look at something going on in your life or around you and pose a "What if?". It may be a picture in a magazine or TV ad. It's the good "Waht if?" that will lead you towards something original and interesting.
