    You could ring them, but it will be in relation to the late round offers-if there are any vacancies left. You need to be more clear on what the problem is? Course, institution etc.

    Na!! The offers would have been posted on friday to arrive Monday. Late round is best bet. Then again all the UAI's for those will be in the 90's. You could offer to sleep with the whole faculty if you really want special consideration?

    The more the city uni UAI's go up, the regional ones will follow cause people will start putting them down as preferences. I shudder for the prospective uni students in 5 years time!

    Arts is painting pretty pictures, sculpting weird things, singing 18th century ditties tit willow tit willow, reciting long tone poems, listening to Wagner's Das Ring Der Nebilugen for it's sixteen hour duration etc....

    Assumed knowledge is nice to have, but it is not deemed compulsory. They'd advise you do a bridging course before semester to bring you up to speed if you wish. You should get in if your mark is above the cut off. Interestingly, nursing has no vancancies in USYD this year after initial offers...
