    I don't believe that speed pills (dexies, etc) actually help...not for me anyway as they just makes me feel like shit and give me headaches after an hour or so. I think speed usually just fools people into believing they do better in exams...

    Edassist July Lectures

    Not really, although I agree going to all of the subjects probably would be. But biology today was ok, mostly because I haven't done the search for a better health topic in class yet, so it helped me get an idea. Tomorrow probably won't be as good though as I'm fairly confident in blueprint of life.

    I don't know, I try to do as much as I can, as long as I know I'm trying my best I'll be happy with whatever mark I get. I could never study 9 hours a day! In my opinion thats overdoing it, but I guess if you've been bludging all year it might be neccessary. Only you really know how prepared you...

    Wow thats early. My trial is on the 15th of august I think, sometime around then anyway... I haven't been going through the syllabus yet, just past HSC and trial papers... writting heaps of essays and getting my tutor to mark them. Good luck everyone!

    same here! my mum choose subjects for me (based on their scaling)...even though I really hated them and therefore did badly. I dropped out of year 11 and went to tafe where I'm now doing subjects I love, that have average scaling but I'm doing a lot better in them.

    ^^^thanks, i've asked at several and they didn't have them. I think I'm going to end up getting them in bulk from the stockfeeds, our horses will eat the rest anyay.
