I didn't do catholic or independant, but I'm 99% sure I can get a copy of this years catholic trial if you want to trade? In a couple of weeks everyone would have done their trials anyway, so I don't see a problem with this either...

No taking steroids is illegal, I don't see how going through past papers is? Everyone can get them if they really wanted them so I don't see the problem. Our teacher even recommends we go through past exams. Of course if he wanted the this years trial that would change things...

^^^eh I don't see how that's cheating, as long as he doesn't take the answers into the assessment with him. It's called being resourceful...I always go through at least a few hsc papers/trials before every assessment. And there is always at least one question taken straight out of past papers...

I have geo on the 16th and bio on the 17th... It sucks that they're so close together but I guess it could be worse. I'm stressed enough with just doing 2 subjects, so glad I chose to do pathways!

Well I've studied for my two geo assessments (one in week 1, the other in week 2 :( ) and done my bio genetics assessment but I haven't done much for my trials. Luckily I still have 5 weeks though. :)

^^^yeah I think it depends on the who is giving the lecture. Bio was good, but in geo I hardly learnt anything as the lecture was focused around case studies I'm not doing...

Ask your teacher for past trials. Or friends that have done the hsc already. If anyone wants to swap trials, pm me...

how come all you guys have classes during the holidays? I don't have any, although my bio teacher has already told us we might have to come in during stuvac as we might not finish the course in time. :(
