It is for social research and policy at unsw :) And really?!!! You are the only person who has used a stronger adjective than a "good" chance of getting in haha XD Everyone else I have asked says it is very unlikely :(

I also want to know the answer to this question. From what I know the atar spikes in the late round. How much it spikes depends on the popularity so higher atar > late round > higher spike. I really want to get into my late round offer course which I got a 0.6 atar above the cut off. Anyone know...

Why does the atar requirement change in the late round if they dont accept vacancies? in the previous years all courses without a (v) still changed and offers were given :/

Are you saying that for the people who havent doesnt their preferences after the main round then they are not considered for the late round? Are you 100% sure about this? I thought everyone was considered as long as the course they were offered was not 1st?
