mmmm i find that between 6am-8am its packed with gym rats. It gets quiet from 8-10am then it gets busy 1ish-2, then after about 4 it gets packed with after-workers. AM is always better than PM.

Your entire routine is cardio, thrown in with some weights when you feel like it. With that routine i don't see how it is possible to gain 6kgs of muscle mass in 4 months. (Which is a lot for a female who does no mass building exercises). I'm going to take a wild guess and say its puberty.

It's a decent gym but probably not the best for those interested in strength training. Weights area is quite small, and the number of machines are limited, only one squat cage etc. Also gets packed during peak hours. The price of membership is awesome and the people who train there are nice...
