All subjects I've been in have recorded the lectures. If a lecture doesn't have an i-lecture option, then they don't have to record to all elements so you may miss out. There are a fair few societies, but not as many as UNSW or USYD in my view.

Business studies do past papers (short answers) and send them to the teacher to mark. Maybe do some practice business report skeletons from past papers too.

It's one assessment you can definitely improve. First assessment for business studies ranking wise I was probably near to a band 4 or 5, but I prepared differently and managed to snag a band 6. If you need help with setting out or whatever feel free to post a query in the business studies...

The mark would be converted into a number of scaling points into a single unit worth contributing to your ATAR.

Put it first, and you may well get in.

More individuals got into the top 3 bands this year then previous years so I suspect that this will impact on the scaling.
