Yeah only one unit of the non-english subject that you performed the worse in would count.

Consider do you want trimesters or semesters? Macquarie has semesters, UTS does semester? Campus -> Macquarie has a green bushy campus whilst UTS is in the city. I'd recommend you visit both. Travel time -> Which is closer? What are you thinking about majoring in business wise?

You extension subject will be counted as one unit worth of your ATAR, if you perform better in it then another subject. An important thing to note is 2 unit of English is always counted in your HSC ATAR.

Call up the Uni if you struggle with accepting it, but you should be able to do it on UAC online.

Move your second preference to first, then accept it. Then after accepting second preference, move your previous first ranked preference to first. ATAR is based on demand, and you may be lucky so it would be still worth trying.

What UNI? You may still well get in due to bonus points!

The lower ranked schools tend to fluctuate alot. I'd look at how your year performed in NAPLAN to have a better indicator.

Also guys tax isn't that bad if you buy the study manual and do the practice questions out of there + make a decent crib sheet. If I redid the subject I'd do that.
