How to make yourself get a nightmare?

Don't encourage him to experience that, please. I hate, hate, HATE having so many nightmares. When we moved out our last house we found out I used to wake up our neighbour screaming all the time, he used to think someone was being attacked. He thinks I should see a doctor, haha

How to make yourself get a nightmare?

It's not a nightmare if you enjoy it, lol. I have horrible nightmares. Overheating tends to make me have horrible dreams, which is bad, as I need to be wrapped in a lot of layers before I can sleep.

Ohh, ok, haha, maybe I will see you! I need to talk to someone about how the hell I'm going to change this degree and whether what I've done so far is ok and everything. It seems a pretty easy internal transfer, but I"m scared I"m missing something crucial :(
