    Ice-Breakers

You need to tailor it to the context/circumstances. Generic lines don't cut it. e.g. if you were looking at a picture of (or an actual) polar bear, you can use the what's a polar bear good for...

Which one is best to you?

I don't care for Metro, etc... just feels like they change for sake of change and with all the legacy users and applications, I don't see the point. Microsoft's advantage comes from the billions of long term users who know how to use their software, and the billions of applications out there...

Does intellect and the education level of your partner matter to you?

I guess everything is relative. But it also depends on other expectations- e.g. some parents may be of the school of thought a college degree is a necessity for a future potential son/daughter-in law.

    FINS1612

1613 was a lot harder than 1612 though. 1612 was like comprehension!

Debt to equity ratio (solvency) HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Ps from memory you are a UNSW commerce student- if all you are basing your views on is acct 1a/1b then I can see how you reached your point of view. Thankfully in practice its a lot more challenging than that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Debt to equity ratio (solvency) HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

Internet Police- I think you are mistaking book keeping (the stereotype of what an accountant is) and what a real accountant actually does particularly one who is a specialist. As for average salary I don't have a link or a source but I vaguely recall hearing the average Australian earns $60k...

Shipping stuff from NY (USA) back to Sydney

LOL I tried that with my sister but she ended up buying a truckload herself.

Debt to equity ratio (solvency) HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

MC is right up there with IB as it pays reasonably well and is very intellectually stimulating. Lots of competition for not many jobs compared to say accounting or the other less glamorous roles in finance. You realise that $60k is like the average income right which isn't bad for a fresh...

Does intellect and the education level of your partner matter to you?

LOL at this thread but in all seriousness, it's not the qualifications that matter but just their ability to converse and think on a similar wavelength. As fun as it may be to have a ditz as a partner, there are going to be times when you want to be able to have a genuine conversation with them...

What car will you get as your first car?

I think it's cool but not such a rarity nowadays. Don't think the SSS is a good idea unless u want attention. Also higher risk the car has been thrashed and is on its last legs by prior owners. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The original hachi roku or the FT86?

Debt to equity ratio (solvency) HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

The second one with the fugly diagram I feel is more accurate. I don't know anyone who uses debt to equity as their measure of solvency. The debt to equity ratio is more of a risk gauge which merely shows what the debt level is relative to the equity level, and I suppose indirectly shows how...

How do you remember an essay?

I used to get the key points and quotes, and write that out a lot of times before an exam. My short term memory is horrendous so I needed every tinsy bit of memory capacity I had to be utilised!

High Interest Internet Banking Starter Accounts

I personally use UBank. Rates appear to be unbeatable (seeing that they match others). Avoid term deposits there unless the rate is really favourable but generally their online savings rate (whilst not fixed) is better. Only downside is you can't use your UBank account to make payments/etc...

    No Free time?

Cadetship- and I negotiated a special arrangement to maintain my employment so yes it was related. That being said there are plenty of other avenues to gain experience or anything which could help differentiate yourself. Yes even Maccas. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
