Yes it is possible to get a "Good" ATAR in a low ranked school.

If your school marks HSC standard then you should be fine.

I made acronyms and a chanted/sung the syllabus to memorise the syllabus structure completely! Maybe try a different method of studying such as mind maps? Or writing out points?

It just means that you are assumed to have knowledge equivalent to that level. I haven't met the mathematics recommendations/level for either part of my degree but I'm still allowed to do it.

Maybe keep it and just not study it.
