    Thin slices probably helps, but yeah I do know what you mean. It certainly doesn't melt in the same way as cheddar but it does melt. All cheeses melt kind of differently though.

    Trust me, better than it sounds. The amount of peanut butter is so small all it really does is change the consistency of the oats.
