Trust me, better than it sounds. The amount of peanut butter is so small all it really does is change the consistency of the oats.

oats and peanut butter legitimately sounds like the greatest breakfast ever (apart from eggs benedict)

eggs benedict with salmon is amazing, definitely my favourite breakfast.

anything involving chorizo is awesome too. last week I made breakfast burritos filled with: eggs scrambled w/ jahlsberg cheese, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, diced chorizo, diced bacon, smoked salmon, avocado and salsa. was ridiculously filling but so so good.

jahlsberg cheese is weird in stuff though because it doesn't melt

really? I've had it on toasted sandwiches and stuff heaps and it doesn't really melt like how cheddar etc melts. It mostly retains its shape and gets a bit softer but not really stretchy delicious melty-ness.

Thin slices probably helps, but yeah I do know what you mean. It certainly doesn't melt in the same way as cheddar but it does melt. All cheeses melt kind of differently though.
