Do you like studying Human biology more then planet/ecosystems?

It isn't too late to take up french by distance ed. Speak to your year coordinator. https://sites.google.com/site/theopenhssydney/ ATAR wise as you need a high ATAR in order to do medicine biology would be a lot easier to achieve the required equivalent result.

People also tend to hate business studies, so it may well be better the devil you know then the devil you don't. You could end up with a more boring subject.

Can you look into doing french by distance ed? Have a look at some year 12 biology notes to see whether the year 12 content may interest you more. Are you thinking of doing Medicine? If so then I'd probably advise you to stick with biology.
