I would advise against picking subjects purely on their scaling. If you believe you are equally talented and ( more importantly) motivated in one of the subjects then go for it. Otherwise i'd advise against just picking high scaling subjects based off of the scaling as you will probably enjoy...

I wouldn't recommend dropping to standard like others have said it scales awfully, additionally the text's are "easier" which just limits you and your essays as there are less techniques and talking points etc.

Getting some fresh air by going on a walk acts as a nice break, i would also recommend doing intense study for shorter periods of time and taking regular breaks rather than interrupted study for a longer period of time to be more efficient and on task.
