To my dear Kenneth Carson, Oh, my glorious king, how I am in awe of your musical brilliance! I am writing to express my profound gratitude and admiration for your music, which has had a transformative impact on my life. From the moment I first listened to your music, I was a drunken father of 6 with no wife failing me to pay rent and child support. Captivated by the depth of your lyrics, the richness of your melodies, and the authenticity of your sound. Your songs have a way of resonating deeply with listeners, and for me, it was a life-changing experience. The first time I heard your music, it felt as though you were speaking directly to my soul, providing comfort and inspiration during a challenging time.

nup i did 0 practice for trials and got 15/20
just remember some acronyms for techniques that’s all i did
i struggle sm with actually identifying the techniques and finding proper evidence with my overall idea that all go together, i was so good at short answer in yr 11 and now i can barely do it :chainsaw2:

short answer is waffle they want to give you the marks as long as you get the quote + technique + analysis
for 3-4 yeah but that wont get u full marks in a 5 marker, with each new quote you need to provide a new insight and vary what youre saying or else they wont reward you necessarily if you repeat the same stuff. the criteria differs for higher marks. the marking criteria is pretty vague but the main difference is "skilfully' v 'effectively' and 'detailed analysis and 'well chosen'

if you guys are worried abt short answers go watch jeddle's videos, they explain them really well - especially the 6 marker comparatives (which we havent had in the hsc in a bit)

this is a really great section to maximise your mark in the paper only through a little prior prep!!! also, if you got trials feedback for short answers go back and see where you actually went wrong
