Even if you don’t want to tell the adults at school, try to tell your GP. They’ll make you do a test/quiz to better get a scope of how you’re doing mentally (anxiety, depression, stress) and ask you a few questions. You’ll be set up with a mental health professional, medicare covers 10 sessions for free, i’m not sure what the sessions cost after that. How can i be motivated and move on- if there is no will to move on? if there is no motivation to even get up, and move. If no friend supports, and no one stays long enough to even try to understand. Call me out for being cringe but like fml this sucks. HSC is coming up and i can't even sort my mental health out. I can't literally do this, i wanna do well and i've always done well, but year 11's f'd me over, and there is nothing for me. I cannot do this. I do not wish to anymore.
Try and get (LEGAL) drugs, it’ll help a lot.
In terms of motivation, honestly what helps me is people. Even if you can’t get a friend to listen, just hang out with a person so you can laugh again. join a sport, get those bad feelings out of your system.
i would say get a hobby, but honestly when i’m feeling depressed, there is no way in hell i’m doing something creative.
