Saw one of them putting a poster up, deliberately made a point of pulling my mask down and spat on the floor. Got asked "do you have a problem?" I commented whether the poster was oxymoronic or just moronic. She asked if I was a fascist. Told them no, but all my family fled the shit they're pedaling, got told to fuck off.

My dad works construction, hates the CFMEU (says their motto should be give a little with one hand, take all with the other). Has the same criticisms (that they are in cahoots with big business and government and have no interest in helping the little guy. I’m pro dom simply bcz he doesn’t do lockdowns, not like it matters since I’m in iso rn but lockdowns are the worst. the personal responsibility agenda is lazy on the govts part but it makes sense and is better than a shut down society where things go back to square one once things open up.

also everyone knows vax isn’t gonna end the pandemic but it sure helps, yeah naturally acquired immunity is better but idk within my friends and family I saw vaxxed adults suffering far worse and longer than the vaxxed adults, could be a coincidence or due to other factors but seeing this makes me think the vaccine actually contributes to something, it’s not gonna make us invincible in the face of death obviously, but at least for older people it can help prevent extreme outcomes
