Talk about brain meltdown tomorrow.
Serious cram time all tonight.

When I think about Gorgo..."only Spartan women give birth to real men". Good quote, especially for women's role. (Plutarch)
Another queen would be Helen (of Troy), I think she would still be counted even though she is not from the time period of the study.

Screw memorising heaps of quotes, I'm just going to remember a few and throw in some historian's names and know the sources to back up what I'm talking about.
I'm thinking of giving up on NKE.

I plan on getting...not many hours sleep =D
I'll probably only get like 4 as usual, that seems to be my average lately :/

woooo just finished my final preparations, all set for tomoz :)

for those of you still going, dont get too caught up with quotes and small details, be more intent on getting a well rounded knowledge of the most significant things

good luck guys! and make sure you go to sleep before 2am

I'm going over Athenian Society in Pericles... such a big topic! Damn Greeks. Predicting a ten mark question on women, marriage, or religion. Hope it's the first though.

Caesar... pretty confident with, but I hope I don't get anythign about relationships or civil war.

Augustus should be fine because you get to choose two.

And Pompeii and Herculaneum... first seven marks are easy, last ten are easy if you know what you're doing.

I too am cramming last minute and staying up all night. No one to blame but myself. I am the worst procrastinator - take now for instance, on here rather than studying.

Anyone have any tips on the best method of studying for Ancient? Modern I can retain, but Ancient seems to go in one ear and out the other... Actually I'd be surprised if it actually went through my head at all...

i'm cramming too and i dont plan on going to bed anytime soon. I'm trying to learn the whole peloponnesian war and pompeii (the most boring dryest topics on earth!) i cant wait till the hsc is over.
