who created single cell organisms?
Theory
Chemicals of life were formed on Earth.
Urey and Miller set up a closed system set. Powerful electrical sparks were discharged into a glass chamber containing ammonia, hydrogen and methane. After only a week of continual electrical discharges and recycling steam through the apparatus, the condensed water in the flask became red and turbid. When the liquid was analysed through paper chromotography, they found it contained a number of amino acids.

Now, this is the theory that after the big bang, life started on earth. The above experiement represents the early stages of earth, as a gaseous planet, and aims to prove that complex organic molecules (amino acids), can be produced naturally from basic chemical components.

Now, as for your single celled organisms.
The formation of organic molecules came first, then the formation of membranes. Membranes helped protect the system of organic molecules, which evolved into nucleic acids and became capable of self replication.
Procaryotic cells were the first cells. They are also the earliest known type of fossil found.
After procaryotic cells came eucaryotic organisms. They were cells containing a membrane bound nucleus abd cell organelles developed.
Colonial cells - multicellular organisms may have originated when daughter cells became bound together after cell division to develop a colony. Stromatolites are an exame of colonial cells.

And last, but not least. Multicellular organisms, ie us. Multicellular organisms show differentiation Each cell has a specialised function and is dependant on others.

What the hell. Did you comprehend any of that?

According to physicists the region of space now occupied by the solar system consisted mostly of scattered interstellar GASES. A star exploded sending shock waves through space, the gases collected and turned into much denser clouds.

Current knowledge suggests the planets had large oceans which were subjected to gases, ultra violet radiation and violent electrical storms.

Nobody is sure of the origin of space, and I doubt anybody ever will be.

Your argument is at the same place ours is then. You dont know how God appeared, we don't know how space itself appeared.
However, from the creation of space we can trace the evolutionary path. At the moment we have experiments that time and time again show how life can be formed from basic chemical components. After that we have the fossil record dating back further than 60 MYA

well everyone has their own beliefs and it's utterly pointless trying to convince ANYONE about creationism or evolutionism.
nobody knows. we don't know for sure that god created everything and a lot of scientific theories are just that - theories.
until we finally figure out who's behind creating microorganisms that were the ancestors of all living things we should just go with our own beliefs, whatever makes us happy. :) i don't think it's good to try make everyone agree on one thing - and it'll never work - because then we won't be able to have discussions.

but my opinion is... humans do date back to way past 6000 years and those who say that athiests planted fossils to attack religion are idiots. the bible shouldn't be taken literally as it's obviously not accurate about the 6000 years thing. there are scientific facts we can't ignore - the main argument is, who created the universe?

let me ask u, how did 'god' create humans?
15.26 we created man from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shapes

thats from the koran
and then ...

15.29 "when i have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breatehd into him of spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him"

so yeah thats what we believe in the koran

Uh huh, so you believe we, man, humans, we made out of balls of clay then had a spirit blown into us and then we were sent off the spear fish?

Ok, I know on this forum i'm seen as a nasty bitch because im the minority, I'm a 'non-believer' or whatever, but for a second, think, does that make sense?!?!! That we, humans, originate from clay? ... step outside your circle of beliefs and think for a minute about the possibilities of EVOLUTION

being humans and being ourself we can not ever take into account the possibility that something has existed and has always been there.. it doesnt ned to be created.. since we humans we MAKE basically whatever .. we just feel that we need something aboce us to have MADE us.. if you knoe what i mean.. if you dont dw it is all good

and also poeple who follow the science theory.. even the greatest scientists believe that there is a 'transendent' being which began it all..

and some perosn said something baout if everything was by the bible l;ife on earth started 6000 years ago.. == ) i like that.. it makes so much sense haha.. how can the bible argue about that ??

becuase when the bible was written they didnt take into account the lies which would be reveiled in the 21st century haha.. dont we love what science does hehe == )

this is a genuine quesiton.. is there a mention of dinosaurs in the bible or quran ?

god mustve told or inspired the authors of the bible to write about the dinosaurs!! come on!!

and how about that hobbit fellow from last year that was found in a cave? any mention of other speices or i htink sub'species of humans mentioned in the bible or quran ?? if there has been.. i guess my arguement or what i have just said in not valid and i have made a fool of myself... its just some things that we find out as we progress and realise more about our past that REALLY question our beliefs.. the say that god is real is just such a farfetched concept .. that i just find it comical to see others devote themselves to somehting that in MY eyes that doesnt exsist..

if god was a myth.. or a urban legend... i would believe it.. but poeple coming up with these reasons for his legitimacy.. just.. doesnt make much sense.. in my eyes again.. i just see poepel who seek help.. and turnt o god' to find it.. im not saying god is a 'bad' thing.. or saying that is wasting poeples time.. im a way.. i do feel that concept of god is benefical... much like santa (bad example, but i cant really think) this concept of santa gives hope, joy and warmth to millions of children every year.. just somethign ot look forward to.. if related to god or allah it would be just the place one has after death.. heaven/hell or whaever

talking about afterlife.. people look to the high being and make up concepts of the afterlife.. and again.. just abit suspect.. im perfectly cool with it.. and i konw it gives hope to millions.. even billions of people every day.. as it also does encourage people to behave how we might say..;morally' correct.. this again i quite like about the concept of a high being.. it just improves poeple and their behaviour.. which in turn ill say.. sets standards in society.. and because being humans we are affectionate and seek approval from others we will behave and think before we act to gain approval (most of us anyway).

if you believe in god.. good on you.. if you dont.. good on you aswell.. just before you post stuff on anything. do your research.. (i probably seem like a hypocrit but this is my opinion which is based on research and knowledge on the topic) or you'll sound like an ass..

HEY and i like the quran and how someone was explaining the covering up concept.. that makes very much sense = ) i like it.. and its good that women are given the choice and not forced to do it.. or they will just feel powerless and again male dominance in a religion..

ALSO sorry but i see posts with poeple referring to GOD/ALLAH as he.. im not sure if in the quran if allah is a guy but im pretty sure it doesnt say it.. again socially contructed protraits of things... so please poeple making a post dont refer to god as 'he' haha.. i just find it odd.. IT IS ALL GOOD acutally.. say what you want.. but yer.. i dont think he is a he.. if anyone read davinci code? god isnt a HE there his a she == ) (i know davinci code most of it is made up, but some of it is true hehe)

i say it again .. god.... allah... phooney all the same to me..

hhahah poeple choose to think that we are made from clay because we as human.. as i said in my post above that wew were making things since the begining.. it is logical for poeple 5000 years ago to make up a concept just the same becuase htye didnt have a strong scientific base which is all good = ) but you have to understand where everything is coming from and understand how other poeple read texts

ALSO i forgot ot post..s orry the bible is not read symbolically is it read LITERALLY... im sorry.. but it is.. and it will always be read in that manner..
and we know that the bible is the most influencial book and all that which just makes it even more sus being influencial.. if you get my jiff..

and dw the person i quoted from i am a non-believer and trust me there are alot of us out there.. because we at this age i believe a majority of us are atheists which is cool.. but you will realise as we grow older we see things from a different prespective and something might happen to you which will change your view on things.. it is likely that those believers at a young age have been told stories or have had events occur to them which has influienced the way they see the world.. .

but yeahh.. you made a good arguement about the clay thing.. it just abit weak for poeple living in the 21st century to blieve in that (my opinion haha) but im sure they have a reason behind hwythey believe it

I would say that bias in a text written by one person would be far greater than a text written by many people.
With a text written by many people, any bias can be seen clearly.

An uneducated man could create a great text, without the assistance of God. Plenty of people are born with incredible abilities, that allows them to create masterpieces.

because when u read the bible..and read the koran clearly the koran is the word of god
the bible was written by man..there is so many things obvious in it
also
and how could a book(the word of god) be in every hotel and motel room in vages..and all around the world.
QUOTE]

The Quran was written by man too, both the Bible and the Quran were written by man, divinely inspired.

The location of a text does not reflect on the quality of that text.
no thats not correct...mohammad did NOT write the quran....it is the word of god delivered to mohammed from god by the angel gabrielle......mohammad job was to complie the verses sent to him and spread the word...

so the bible was written by man, the quran was not.....

Just as Mohammad's words were given by allah, the words written by those who wrote the Bible were.
To write something is to form (letters, words, or symbols) on a surface such as paper with an instrument such as a pen. So men did write both texts.
