GOD?

hmmm,
this is my theory:

God exists in all living creatures. God is the world. We are part of a gigantic galactic system that makes up this thing called God. God doesnt create us. We created God.

GOD does exist and there are many resons which support his existence. As human beings we must ask ourselves a few questions:

who created the earth?
who created human beings?
how does are human body function?

When you try to answer these questions you probably will think to yourself, humans couldn't have evolved by themselves or function by themselves. Human logic and belief will tell us that a supernatural being must have created the earth, human beings, animals, the sky and nature. This supernatural and divine being is "GOD" who has shaped and formed the earth and human beings. Without "GOD", the earth wouldn't exist and we as human beings wouldn't exist. So does "GOD" exist, he sure does and we should believe in him and his saving power and abilities, believing in him will lead to a more fulfilled and abundant life that will make us more happy with life. Believe in JESUS and his saving power and the fact that he died on the Cross for human sin. The least we could do is acknowledge "GOD" and "JESUS" for the great things they have done and for the great life they have given us. Even in times of trouble and especially in times of trouble look to GOD and JESUS and you will see light at the end of the tunnel. GOD bless you all and go in peace.

You know, I've said this before, but if there is a God, people like you probably annoy him/her/it for presuming to know all this stuff which you haven't got the slightest idea about.

So in other words, you people dont really know which part of it to believe.

You should believe the whole thing! By gaining accurate knowledge of God's word, you learn what is symbollic and what isn't. It is often obvious when the bible is symbollic. The bible sometimes says when it is symbollic, like in Revelation. In other parts, you need to be looking at the bible as a whole to realise that some parts are symbollic. ( One scripture provides the detail for another) Whenever one studies the bible, the entire bible needs to be taken into consideration. They can't just look at one part only. Accurate knowledge of the bible comes from God through His organisation.

Although many people do this without taking into consideration the rest of the bible, true Christians should not. ( Eg. Some say once you believe, you will be saved! and they think that that is all you have do do...which of course is silly cos it says you need to do other things "to be saved" as well) A true Christian would be considering the entire bible.

Well any intellgient person would believe something which has been presented to them - ie evidence. Others, the mis-informed, believe in this thing called 'God', something which no one has ever seen. Funny thing is, its not the first time humans have showed how they make crap up. All over the ages humans have made gods up, Im more inclined to believe in the friggin Sun god!

Not that it matters, Im not sure how long Christianity will last for, their numbers must be dwindling, not many young people believe in that stuff...Just another ficticious god fading into the distance

Are you saying that men not chosen by God as his messengers had direct contact with God? And they wrote the Bible this way? I have to say, I gave you much more than one article with two arguments.

What do you mean by direct contact? Could you explain what you mean? I think I might know how you came to that question. If you read this it shows that the trinity is not a true christian teaching. The holy spirit is actually God's active force, not a person, not God. The scripture says men spoke from God as they were borne along by holy spirit. So they didn't see God or anything. Moses once expressed the desire to see God. At Exodus 33:18-20, we read: "'Cause me [Moses] to see, please, your glory.' But he [God] said: 'I myself shall cause all my goodness to pass before your face, and I will declare the name of Jehovah before you; and I will favor the one whom I may favor, and I will show mercy to the one to whom I may show mercy.' And he added: 'You are not able to see my face, because no man may see me and yet live.'"

I dont understand why people quote the bible so much, it really doesnt prove anything. Apart from the fact that uneducated peasants created the thing, who I could only think by todays standards did basic research, its quite funny. Not to mention that even if they did research, wasnt the bible created some time after Jesus etc? All the stories related to anything would have been effected exaggeration.
