Tutoring: well.. per week, I have 3 maths ( 30 + 30 + 45), 1 bio (50), 1 chem (70), 1 English (50)

30 + 30 + 45 + 50 + 70 + 50 =275

say 45 weeks, 275 x 45 = $12 375

My parents are crazy.. I know

EDIT: maths error

i haven't spent any money whatsoever, but my dad has invested quite a bit of his time into teaching me maths (i don't let him anywhere near my english textbooks because he's an import :))

Mate, I've never had a tutor and I'm beating most of the people in my grade who have had tutors all their lives.

But those who are beating EVERYONE in the year probably have tutoring to a certain degree. :hammer:

That is probably true. But uni will come as a rude shock for them.

i haven't really spent much at all to be honest.

I don't have any tutors, I don't really use any study guides either or go to seminars. Oh I do have some study guides but i stole them from the school library, so i don't have to pay.

The most I've spent is text-books, which probably cost me like $300 max.

I go to a private school though, so thats like $17000 I guess.
