Mate, go do some research. You probably won't take my words as the truth even though I've been training since 14, but nutrition wise I'll pretty much hit you with the facts:
Know how much you need to eat for desired goals, count your fcuking macros and track them. Profit???
You have two options for that:
1) Make the food at home, know whats in it and track it.
2) Or, like any sociable and non-cheapskate people, you'll eat out. Hence why I eat maccas or hungry jacks or KFC, cause they have their macros for foods listed.
